We continue to support people in Guatemala through our service provider Fundamaya. Student sponsorships are key to moving families from poverty to self-sufficiency. We also help many people who are food insecure such as the elderly and single-parent families.
As part of the Survive & Thrive Global Development Alliance, we are increasing the availability of resuscitation to manage newborn asphyxia during birth. We provide equipment and help train health care providers in Guatemala.
